TRi-D-FX Alarm was founded in 1999 by Ken Miles who have worked to bring the benefits of new technology and systems to our customers. Though we have grown over the years, our mission has remained the same: to provide the best possible security technology and customer service to protect homes and businesses across Alberta 

TRi-D-FX Alarm is now Alberta first and only P.S.N.A. “Physical Security Network Associate” trained and certified team in security systems integration and monitoring. With offices in Sherwood Park Alberta. We have fully-licensed technicians available for routine service calls or emergency repairs. TRi-D-FX Alarms keeps watch over all types of property from single-family homes to multi-site offices and retail operations to major public and historic venues.

Owners Bio:
Ken Miles started in security and surveillance in Winnipeg MB working as an owner operator in towing and recovery, and quickly moved into repo and personal protection services.
After moving to Alberta he went back into Repo and seen that things were changing with the flood of personal computers that were becoming a corner stone that was changing the environment of security Ken spent a year upgrading and uptaining certificates in 9 computer languages.
During school Ken started TRi-D-FX in computers, web interfaces, data basing, networking, and surveillance. The first surveillance job was for the University of Alberta. Well that was almost 10 years ago and we have never looked back. Since then we have completed projects for the Museum of Natural History in Las Angeles, several oil field companies, liquor stores, schools, coffee shops and homes, acreage’s and even moving objects.
